You can use an upload image program of your choice but here is a step by step guide with tinypic.
1. Go to http://www.tinypic.com/
2. Click on the browse button and search for the image you would like to use and then click on the open button.
3. Your image link will be displayed next to the browse button Now click on the UPLOAD NOW button.
4. After the image has uploaded left click on the 2nd link and the link will be highlighted
5. Go to your message that you are posting in Leagueglory and right click and paste the link in the message box. Once your image link is pasted you can either preview your message to check it or just submit it.
